Pastaio Maffei was born in 1960, thanks to Savino Maffei determination, who has been running the Company since more 50 years, and today, with the same passion he and his family devote themselves to the production of fresh pasta.

 

Still today, Maffei mantains its identity of a FAMILY COMPANY, but looking for innovation.

 

 

This aspect allowed us to reach important goals and to fortify our leader’s role in the production of pasta.

Our mission is very simple, because we want to bring on the tables the excellence of our product, that is made by the best raw materials.
