Wholewheat maritati
with tomatoes
and stracciatella cheese

Ingredients
  • 400g wholewheat maritati
  • 200g red tomatoes
  • 200g yellow tomatoes
  • 150g stracciatella cheese
  • extravirgin olive oil
  • salt
as garnishment
Preparing

Slice all the tomatoes and cook them in a pan with a little oil with the sliced onion, add salt. Cook for 10/15 minutes.

Put a pot with salted water on the stove and bring to the boil.

When the water comes to a boil, toss the wholewheat maritati.

Put the maritati in a pan with the sauce of yellow and red tomatoes.

Portion the pasta into the dishes and complete with stracciatella and mint leaves.
